✅ Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Customized or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags intact.

Products that are damaged, used, or have tags removed will not be eligible for return or refund.
- 🔴 Products purchased at a discount of 50% or more are strictly non-returnable.
📦 Return Shipping Charges

Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when sending the return.
💸 Refund Details

A 20% deduction will be applied to the refund amount as restocking and handling fees.

Refunds will be processed within 1 to 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method only. No cash refunds.
- If the product has a manufacturing defect, it is eligible for exchange.
